Russ Manion is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of capital planning, reserve studies, and association management. In addition to completing many capital/reserve studies during that time, Russ has most recently produced plans for Palmetto Bluff POA in Bluffton SC, the Imperial Country Club in Naples FL, Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert CA, The Detroit Athletic Club in Detroit MI, The Beach Club in Palm Beach FL.

Frank has over 40 years of experience in Large Scale County Club Community Management. Skill sets include: Long Range Strategic Planning, Project Management of Large Capital Projects, Governance Models and restatement of Governing Documents that address the Goals and Objectives of the Board of Directors, Facilitate Board Retreats and Team Building, Member Surveys, Committee Charters., Executive Placement of Key Staff, Staff Reorganization, Special Expertise in the formation of bundled communities where the club and Home Owners Association are formed into one successful organization.

Another valuable addition to our team is Ryan Thompson who is an Air Force Veteran and a Civil Engineer. Ryan has recently joined our team and provides expert component assessment and inspection expertise for our clients. Ryan has provided inspection and data research services for several of our current projects including Marrakesh CC, Detroit Athletic Club, Suncadia Resort, and The Beach Club in Palm Beach. He is truly an asset to our team.

With over 15 years of experience, Charles led overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support organizational growth and long-term objectives for a $75+ MM industrial engineering and construction firm. Oversaw budgeting, cash flow management, and financial modeling to ensure liquidity and profitability. Directed accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes. Ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and internal financial controls. Managed the reserve study process for Westgate Resorts, as well as other country club and HOA properties.
